It didn’t take me long to Learn that THIS was the #1 Challenge for ME and the #1 Challenge for my Team.
If you are anything like I was when I first started in my business over 30 years ago, I struggled with what to say, who to say it to, when to say it, how to follow up, how to fit this business in my schedule and so much more. But the BIGGEST Piece of the Puzzle was Recruiting – WHY didn’t everyone see that it was possible to BUILD Financial and Time Freedom – do this part-time while most people had a career, and have fun, meet great people and get good tax write offs?
Was I the only crazy person?
Was I the only one who was willing to work hard and lose money for a few years until I cracked the code?
Well a few years turned into about 12 (the first 10 were my own choice not to play full out – I busy in my career).
I am Debbie Wysocki, former Beverly Hills Financial Analyst, mother of 2 amazing teenagers, a multi-million dollar earner in our Profession, and . . .you just heard it wasn’t always like this.
BUT, what I want to share with you is when I cracked the RECRUITING CODE, I became my company’s TOP recruiter, and one of the top income earners in the company. I went on to build TEAMs of over 25,000 people in 8 countries.
I learned the importance of mentoring and coaching.
And this is exactly why I started the 
AND WHY I am so passionate about giving Women a LEG UP in our Profession – Especially in the recruiting process.
You see it’s been my experience we are generally GREAT Product Sharers – but we are very Hesitant to Recruit and Build a TEAM of Professionals – Which is where the REAL Money is At!!!
